Hi Everyone,
This is it. My fist ever little film that I filmed with my iPhone and uploaded to You Tube after learning and being inspired by the Seed Savers, Jude and Michel.
I hope to now pepper my blog with short films of my life (lots of the good and a little of the bad) and hopefully film some people along the way to share some of their eco-frugal ways.
I focused on the garden for my 1st film as this is our main growing season for goodies such as tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, rocket and other produce that struggle in tropical monsoonal weather. I'm also on a journey of learning from trial and error of getting food from garden to plate without breaking the piggy bank.
Thank you for participating in my journey with your following, comments and advice. I love being part of the blog community as so many of you inspire me and have sustained me on my journey of excess to a new lifestyle of less. It's a journey of small steps to change, thoughtful purchasing and more reusing. I just have to tackle my tendency to hoard as I see reusing/crafting potential in everything. Do you also have that problem?

- Passionate about eco-frugality. I used to party hard, clubbing my way from pay-packet to pay-packet. Never getting ahead, just getting by. Then came our much wanted baby with no savings in the bank - only an old car. Changes were made to our lifestyle and we didn't turn back. ReplyDeleteThat was a great film. Keep it up. Don't call yourself a hoarder unless you have layers with dead cats, food cooked two years ago in the sink, and have saved every bottle unwashed and all over the house. Yes, I see potential in many things. However, I know when to cut my losses and give up on some projects and pass them on--to trash, sell, trade.
